*Custom size squares an additional $75.00

This pricing includes t-shirt and fabric preparation, piecing, batting, a solid color backing, sashing, and quilting service. Binding service is also included.
Please plan for plenty of lead time…these are made one quilt at a time, by just one person, and each quilt and its layout is tailored to the specific needs of the customer.

A NON-refundable $200 deposit is required for all commissioned quilt orders.

T-SHIRT QUILT
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
ORDER
Place your order using our online form. The T-Shirt Quilt Order Form details the quilt sizes based on number of t-shirts, along with all the other nitty gritty details. Please contact us with any questions!
PREP for SHIPPING
Wash your t-shirts without fabric softener. Do NOT cut the shirts. If you want us to use both sides of a shirt, please mark it with a note pinned to it or with painters tape.
DEPOSIT
A $200 deposit is required with your order. You may include a check in your shipping box, if preferred, or we can charge your card on file when the box is received. If you prefer to use your card over the phone, we can call you for the information at that time, as well.
SHIP YOUR SHIRTS
Place your shirts in a weather-proof sealable bag. Place paperwork with your name and contact information inside the bag with your shirts. Use a sturdy box. If you are shipping multiple quilt orders, please use separate bags for each set of shirts. Be SURE to ship with tracking services. Add insurance at your discretion. REVIEW ORDER
Once we receive your shirts, we will review your order and contact you if we have any questions.
PREP & CONSTRUCTION
We will trim, stabilize, cut out, and lay out your shirts for stitching, sew the top together, press your backing, layer with batting, and professionally quilt it on our hand-guided Gammill Classic Plus longarm quilting machine. We then square it up and trim off the excess, and attach the binding. It is quite a process!
FINAL INVOICE
Once your beautiful, one of a kind quilt is completed, we will package your quilt and figure out the shipping costs with tracking and insurance. We will contact you with the final balance, and when the invoice has been paid in full, we will send your quilt off to be enjoyed by you or your loved ones!
