Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not available on LONGARM services or T-shirt quilt commissions. We do our very best to bring you a finished product that we can both be proud of.

 

Because our quilting is hand-guided and free-motion (no computerized digitization) there may be inconsistencies.  They add to the personality of your quilt and make it unique.

 

That said, if an error is made regarding the finishing instructions, we will work with you one-on-one to come to a reasonable solution.

As we add products to our site, they may receive a refund if returned in unused and undamaged condition.  Books and patterns are exempt from refunds due to copyright.
